LIVINGSTON, PATTERSON, STRICKLAND & SIEGEL, P.A. is a law firm of   seven   attorneys  that concentrates in the fields of business law, commercial real property, banking, litigation and family law.

The firm was founded in 1976 with the goal of providing quality legal services on a personal basis. While engaged in the general practice of law, the firm has developed special expertise in the areas in which it concentrates. It has acted as counsel for numerous individuals and companies, as well as banks and governmental bodies, in matters ranging from complex commercial and domestic relations litigation to substantial real estate and corporate developments and transactions. The firm's experience in general civil litigation is broad and extensive.

The services of the firm are provided through its attorneys as well as legal assistants working under their supervision. The firm employs a staff of approximately 20, including attorneys, legal assistants, law clerks, and other staff members. Members of the firm are active in professional organizations and have served as president of the Sarasota County Bar Association, chairman of the Judicial Nominating Committee, chairman of the Circuit Grievance Committee, member of the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar, chair or vice chair of committees of The Florida Bar and the Sarasota County Bar Association, and members of various bar committees. Additionally, firm members have been active in the Chamber of  Commerce and numerous charitable and civic organizations.
